Who Is The Owner For This Treasure.

Few months back a Sree Padmanabhaswamy devotee and 1964 batch Indian Police Service officer Sunderarajan approached the Supreme Court. He had complained that the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple Trivandrum (Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, India) authorities are mismanaging temple assets and he wanted an estimation of the assets that remained untouched for several years. Later Supreme Court appointed seven member expert commity, they found the temple has 6 secret cellar (Nilavara – a place to keep assets safe) from cellar A to cellar F, sum cellars have never been opend after 1872. The panel had set out on the job on June 27 and opend three cellars, found each of these chambers have different type of treasure.  Supreme Court appointed committee started the stock taking process of the temple cellars. These cellars have precious diamonds, gold ornaments, British East India Company and Napoleon's period gold coins, emeralds, jewelleries, golden idols, rare antique silver and brass platters. The treasure is unofficially estimated to be worth over Rupees One Lakh Crores (100,000 crore or $10 trillion), call it the mother of all treasure hunts and cellar B is still closed.

          Now this matter is a interesting subject for People, recently main opposition party of Kerala, Communist Party Of India Marxist (CPIM) State secretary Pinarayi Vjayan said "the treasure found in the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple here is the property of the State and we want a board similar to the ones in place in Tirupati and Guruvayoor temple, should be set up to manage it". But Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy (Congress Party) has earlier said "the treasure was Kerala's pride and part of the State's culture and was the property of the temple". In this post we will check who is the real owner for this treasure.

          In the year 1993, a morning in Trivandrum City, I just completed my film institute course and staying with one of my friend. That institute managing director called me and appointed me as an office manager. One evening one of my Hindu friend told me he want to go Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple because he want to meet sum one is working in temple office and he invite me also to go there. I agreed and after thirty minutes we reached there, that was my first visit. When I saw that temple Madurai Meenakshi temple was in my mind but Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple pond (Padmatheerthakulam) attract me because I never sow that much big temple pond before any ware. He went temple office and I weight near the temple entrance steps. I didn't find anyone, after few minutes one person came from out side he asked me "why you are here". I told him the reason, that person also went inside. After few minutes my friend came out, he was laughing and he asked me "that person asked sum thing", I said what he asked then he said "ok we will go". After this when I want to go 'Eenchakkal' (a place near Trivandrum city) side I entered Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple compound sum times with friends because there was a short cut near the temple pond, that days we never thought this temple has a treasure. There was a time Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple was the part of feudal Kingdom of Venad.

          AD 1724 King Rama Varma was ruled Venad, before him Madhurai Thirumala Naikan attack Venad because of that Venad had lot of internal problems and anarchism. King Rama Varma was a weak ruler during whose reign the Ettuveetil Pillamar (Eight powerful Nair feudal lords of ancient Travancore), the Ettara Yogam and other nobles had more power than the King. It is believed that Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple and its properties were maintained by Ettuveetil Pillamar. They don't have good relations with King; 'Yogakar' (Ettara Yogam) also supported Ettuveetil Pillamar. But nephew of Raja Ramavarma and next King, intelligent prince Marthanda Varma don't like this situation. On his advice in 1726 King Rama Varma signed a treaty with Madhurai 'Nayaks' (Pandyan Government) and secured a foreign force in the Country to check the activities of the Ettuveetil Pillamar and other rebels. Previously he had also signed an agreement with the British East India Company as the prince of Neyatinkara in 1723. It was the first agreement in India a Kingdom made agreement with British East India Company. Later Marthanda Varma suppressed the Ettuveetil Pillamar and other rebels and took over the control of the temple. This incurred the wrath of the eight lords and rebels, they decide to kill prince. The rest was that Marthanda Varma had to flee from the capital for the safety; he went northern states such as Kottarakara, Kayamkulam etc. There he faced so many difficulties many years, traveled from one place to another to escape his enemies.

          On the demise of Raja Rama Varma in 1729, Prince Marthanda Varma succeeded to the throne under the marumakkathayam law of inheritance. Late Maharaja Rama Varma had two son's Padmanabha and Raman Thampi, known as the "Kunju Thampimar". They don’t like this, the succession of their cousin to their father's throne irked the Kunju Thampimar they allied themselves with the Ettuveetil Pillamar for the Marthanda Varma's foes. On their instigation the Thampi brothers proceeded to Trichonopoly and succeeded in making the Pandyan Government there believe that Marthanda Varma was a usurper and that they were the rightful heirs to the throne of Venad. The Pandyan Government deputed a commander known as Azhagappa Mudaliar to install the Kunju Thampimar in Venad and punish Marthanda Varma. However the Mudaliar was bribed by the King Marthanda Varma. Soon after 1730 Thampi brothers made a visit to their cousin at Nagercoil Palace, there both are killed by King Marthanda Varma, he cap chard Ettuveetil Pillamar and rebels. Later he prosecuted all of them and approximately forty two of them got death punishment and hanged in Muhamandapam, deported sum Nambudiris (Brahmins). He decide to destroy all of their family, their women and children's are donated to fisher means. Then he attack other neighboring Kings, defeated Kollam (Quilon). The Raja of Kayamkulam was killed, annexed the Elayadath Swaroopam and he reduced the power of Queen Attingal. He attacks Cochin and defeat that force later Cochin King made an agreement with King Marthanda Varma. This way he extended his kingdom with the help of British East India Company and French force.

          Later he understand one thing, he can't control his kingdom only the support of military. Because he extended his kingdom only the way of brutally murder and capture. That period moral system was not allowed that way and People also mentally not support that meatheads because of this he decide to add religion on his throne. Marthanda Varma has done major renovations the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple; he brought twelve thousand "Salagramam" from Banaras and heard that the current structure of Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple was made by the King. He introduced the Murajapam and Bhadra Deepam, restart festivals.

          In 3rd January 1750, Maharaja Marthanda Varma dedicated kingdom of Travancore to Lord Padmanabha. Marthanda Varma vowed that the royal family will rule the State on behalf of Lord and he and his descendants would serve the Kingdom as Padmanabha Dasa or the servant of Lord Pamanabha. Since then the name of every Travancore King was preceded by the title Padmanabha Dasa, while the female were called Padmanabha sevinis. The donation of the Kingdom of Travancore to Padmanabhaswamy was known as "Thripadidanam". He died on the 7th of July 1758 and he is credited with the title of "Maker of modern Travancore"(need to know more, visit wikipedia web site), his nephew Darma Raja was his successor. From Marthanda Varma to last King Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma Travancore had 12 Kings and 49 Divans, sum ruled Kerala also.

          In the year 1947 August 15 India got Independence. Later 1949 Travancore and Cochin Kings decide to merge both regions with the support of first Indian Home and Deputy Prime Minister Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. On 1 July 1949, the State of Travancore- Cochin (Thiru- Kochi) was established, Trivandrum as the capital and the Maharaja of Travancore as the "Rajapramukh" of the new State.  The Maharaja of Cochin was offered to be addressed as "Uparaja Pramukh", but he did not want any title after handing over the power. He gave up royal power unconditionally for the "good of the people" and he said he needs a free panchangam (a book which usually deals with astrologically important event of a person's life) every year.

          Later they discussed about temple land and Kings "Privipazhse". Government took control of temple lands and allowed grand for that and Government made Travancore Devaswom board for Travancore temples and Cochin Devaswom board for Cochin temples and Government allowed grand for this Devaswom boards also. According to my reference book (Sree Chithira Thirunal by Malayinkeezhu Gopalakrishnan) Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple is not included in Travancore Devaswom board. They decide Sree Chithira Thirunal will choose one executive officer and that executive officer will control that temple administration. (Now Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple administration is in the hands of the Travancore Royal family).Then they decide Cochin Royal family will control Thrippunithura and Pazhayannur temple. Later both Kings signed agreement (Kavanant).

          On the 1st of November 1956 we created Kerala State on the basis of language, Travancore-Cochin (Thiru- Kochi) and parts of Malabar, which was part of Madras Province, also merged to form for this new State. In this process we lost sum taluks in Southern Travancore. According to report we didn't change or made any new laws for these three temples. So now you know who is the owner for this huge treasure, Travancore-Cochin (Thiru- Kochi) People are the real owners for this treasure.

Agriculture Or Farming Problems In Kerala!.

Agriculture is the production of the food it has always been our most important economic sector. But this days our paddy field farmers don't like to work in farming sector and most of the paddy field are now converted as rubber plantations. In this post we will check what type of problems farmers are facing in faming sector.

          My father was a farmer he had his own farm. When I was three he is expired. After I completed my System Engineering and Computer Programming courses (2003-04) I got visa offer from Canada and New Zealand. I choose Canada but visa process will take time. Later my mother wend UK with my cousin sister, I was alone in home. I have my own farm and my earnings are coming from rubber plantation and coconut so I should stay in my farm. That's why I decide I will make extra money from my farm and I don't have too much work also. That time Amrita TV channel have a good program called 'Harithabharatham', that focused on the farming culture and explore farming techniques from all over the Country, one Mr. Saj. Kurien was produced that program. One day they telecast about a Kerala based Japanese Quails farm (Kada farm), that attracted me. I called Amrita TV and contacted Mr. Saj. Kurian (recently he won award also), he provide that farm phone number and other necessary details.

         

          After few days I visited that private Japanese Quails farm, that was a modern and standard farm. They have hatchery and they will supply one month quails chicks and eggs also. I made a contract with them they provide me basic ideas and standard faming meatheads. Few months later I started my own japanese quail farm with 200 quail chicks. That was a successful starting, later I added 300 more and that was a profitable business.

          Later I visited Kreala Government owned Kreala Agricultural University Mannuthi (Thrissur). Because I heard they also supplying quail chicks and that price was cheaper than private farm. That University have a big campus and farms, I visited most of the farms all are well managed (sum shed need maintenance). They charged 3/RS for each quail chicks, but one month we should take care that chicks. Newly hatched quail chicks are small and they need brooding temperatures. We should arrange supplementary heat approximately 3-4 week for them after hatching. For this I am sure farmers should need training and need to arrange equipment other wise he never manage it. This same period private farm selled one month chicks at 15/RS and no need heat facility for that quail chicks. Because after one month quail chicks only need food and water (need one tube light also). If Government farm will supply one month quail chicks that is a very good help for quail farmers. I bought 500 quail chicks and sum different type of rabbits from Government farm but that was not successful. Then I decide private farm is good for me.

          Later a budget speech Krala Government announced poultry feed subsidy for poultry farmers, after this lot of people started quail faming all over in Kerala. Because of news I contacted vet nary and agricultural departments, they don't know any thing about subsidy and each this department don't have coordination also, if they don't have coordination then people don't get benefits. After few months egg price was down, quail food price raced. This same period I got sick and I closed my quail farm.

          Now we will go our paddy field, after created Kerala State we built Kuttanad region of the District as the ' Rice bowl' of the State. Other District also had lot of paddy field and that farmers are happy. Paddy field farmers produced paddy for them and others also. Most of the other community agricultural laborers like Tiyyas and I heard Koran, Tavern, Puvan and Aningan also part of that process. But last few decades Kuttanad and other regain paddy field farmers are facing different type of problems. They are not getting good price for paddy, labors are not available, high price for fertilizers and pesticides and local problems also. Because of these things tillage was not a profitable business for farmers, sum are left from traditional job. Three years back India Government formed Dr. M.S.Swaminathan Commission for conduct a scientific study of the region and suggest suitable recommendations. Later M.S.Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF) recommended a package with a total cost outlay of RS.1840/ Crore and Government approved. That was a largest financial packages sanctioned to a single Village. Kuttanad package was required, may be because of this package Kuttanad region farmers got sum relief but our other area paddy field farmers still having problems.

          According to Deshabhimani news paper our 58% farmers have less than one Hector land only. Now this day's agriculture labor shortage and higher pay is a big problem. Our people ready to work in Gulf Countries only for 5000/ RS but they don't wand work in Kerala. Mechanization is a solution for this, different type of paddy field machines and crop harvesting machines (small and big type) is available in Indian market, Kuttanad region need big type but sum other District small paddy fields only need small type. If Government will provide that type for them is a good step. For example if I need a pesticides application spray pump for my rubber plantation I can get that from our co-operative- society or bank by rent. These way farmers will get all paddy field equipments for his requirement they will make profit from that business.

          Now we will go our subsidy sector, sum times Government will provide subsidy for farmers like subsidy for agricultural bank loan interest, water treatment, water bill, fertilizer and pesticides etc. First we will check agricultural loan interest subsidy. Government allowing agricultural loan for farmers, they will pay only low interest for that amount. We can use this only for agricultural sector. Sum are using that amount for agricultural production, sum use that for buy TV Sets, refrigerator and sum rich people took agricultural loan from bank then distribute that to poor people and they will collect higher interest. That means all agricultural loan is not going to make agricultural production and sum times real farmer is not getting that loan. For Government who are took agricultural loan all are farmers.

          According to Hindu news paper website in India 89362 farmer's suicides between 1997 and 2005, latest Deshabhimani news paper reports that number is one lack. When suicide was increase India Government announced a loan waiver scheme for farmers. This scheme made for approximately 40 million indebted Indian farmers, Government is taking over the debt of farmers and reimbursing the bank, for this loan waiver scheme India Government used 71000/ Crore Rupees. We should think that all money got real farmers? if answer is 'no' then very soon we will hear farmers suicide again.

          A Television channel debate a young man said "my poor father and my neighbor got agricultural loan from bank my father borrowed money from others and paid back that loan. But my neighbor didn't paid, now Government added his loan in waiver scheme, my father become fool". See now Government made two types of citizens in India, fools and brilliants, coming days both are not pay they will expect other loan waiver scheme. Then think what will happen in our banking sector and our economy. One day a village carpenter told me "if Government wand to give sum benefits for us gives that direct to our hand other wise we will never get that full amount". Last government did sum good steps now sum benefits are coming direct to beneficiaries account.

          Now we will go our fertilizer and pesticides departments, I will tell you how a farmer get fertilizer subsidy for his farm. This subsidy is not available every year; most of our co-operative-bank also has a fertilizer store. When fertilizer subsidy allowed we should go bank office. For example in normal case one farmer need 100 kilo gram chemical fertilizer for his rubber and coconut plantations for one season and that cost is 1000 RS, he pay and use that fertilizer. If farmer meet bank officer for his fertilizer subsidy he will say "200 Kg different type of fertilizer is allowed for your rubber and coconut you pay 1350/RS for this fertilizer". See his plants don't wand that fertilizer that need particular rubber fertilizer and coconut fertilizer and he should to pay 350/RS extra also. For him that is not subsidy if you give 100 Kg rubber and coconut fertilizer for 500/RS or 750/RS this is subsidy. Of course he got 200 Kg fertilizer but that is excess for him and that is not his plants fertilizer.

          We have good news also; now in Kerala rubber farmers are happy because they are getting 200/RS per 1Kg. If they will get this price continually that is a profitable business. But still rubber tapping panel (rubber bark) dryness disease is not solved, Government agencies should monitor and control rubber price with International rubber market other wise we will loose that market also. Last few years coconut farmers are not getting a average price, sum season our pepper and cardamom farmers are suffering, sum ginger farmers are went to Karnataka, 100 litter cow is available in other Countries but we don't have, vanilla farmers are shifted from that sector, heard tissue culture seeds are good but not available in all area, furudan (pesticide) was very useful that banned and no equivalent for that…etc. This type of problems also we farmers are facing in faming sector.

          In Kerala this day's farmers don't wand to say they are working in faming sector. Because sum rumors heard "farmer means debtor he will suicide tomorrow or day after tomorrow". But sum educated young people are doing successful business like modern dairy farm, dog breading, fish faming, flower business, etc, they are making good profit. So our farmers need little care, modernization and good advice. Who will give that?.

Digital World is always connected with my profession, that's why I can explain about this very easily. In 1994 I started my Electronics career with Onida TV power supply and remote control manufacturing company. That day to until now my life is connected with digital World. This digital World is a parallel Universe to Earth that was made from computer data and communication networks.

          World first Electronics Computing Device Atanasoft-Berry-Computer (ABC) was successfully tested in 1942. This laid the basic foundation of the Computer World. Then Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer (ENIAC) was assembled. That was the first general purpose electronics computer and this provide a shape for Digital World. Later IBM made personal computers then electronics communication network Industry and Semi conductor Industry also expand. Same this periods IBM and Microsoft Corporation made a deal, IBM started home computer production and Microsoft provide MS-DOS operating system for that computers. In 1995 Microsoft introduced Windows 95, that was become the most successful operating system ever produced, later World sow a boom in digital World. This is the short reality of Digital World.

          Digital World is connected with human life, now these days all developed Countries are using modern technologies and services, most of the services are connected with networks (Internet). But in our Country few years back this technologies and services are available only in Cities, now this days sum modern technologies and services are available in village area also. Most of the common People thought this all for rich People only but sum services are very cheep.

          This week Keralites are going to celebrate 'Onam' (Kerala festival), according to Malayala Manorama News Paper approximately 101500/- TV set will be sell, other report up to 30% Home Appliances sale will be expected this Onam season. So who are going to purchase, make money and want to know about new services, this post for them. In this post I choose five major sectors, this all are recently connected through internet. 1, Computer and Internet Connections. 2,Communications. 3, Banking. 4, Home Appliances and DTH. 5, Share Market.

1, Computer and Internet Connections.

Personal Computer: In this category Desktop Computer, Laptop, Not Book and Tablet PC are available in India.

Desktop Computers: If you want learn about computer, computer applications and regular ruff use at a single locations then buy or assemble a desktop computer. Most of the branded companies are using Intel or AMD processors, branded mother board and other branded parts also available in market. So there is not that much difference between assembled computer and branded computers, assembled computer is available approximately 15000/-RS to higher prices range. Then try to load or buy Microsoft Operating System (OS) like Windows 2000, XP or Windows 7. If your computer has Microsoft OS then most of the applications will support your computer. Best branded computer manufactures are HP, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Asus etc.

Computer Monitors: A monitor or display unit is an electronic visual display for computers. Different types of monitors are available in market for example Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Monitors, LCD, OLED, LED and Plasmas. Computer monitor is designed to accept digital input and this don't have an audio circuit. Best monitor manufactures are Samsung, Sony, Dell, LG etc.

Internet Connection: In India most of the area has two type of internet connections are available, dial up access connection and broadband internet connection. I think dial up access is little costly because we should pay service provider and telephone company. In our Country broadband connection is better and cheep, 'Idea Net Setter' (broadband connection) is available approximately 1999/- RS and pay 299/-RS every month (different type of packages are available). If your mobile phone have internet connection you can fix it to the computer and you made a proper connection then you can browse from that computer. Best internet service providers are BSNL, Idea, Reliance etc.

2, Communications: The Indian telecommunication Industry is the World second largest and World fastest growing market. These days our telephone companies are providing on-the-spot connection and different type of entertainment through our phone. Mostly they are providing two types of connections, land line and mobile phone connections. If you ready to pay approximately 27/-RS then Idea Company will give you on-the-spot connection and need a internet connection for that mobile, then pay every month 97/-RS. In our phone handset market 1500/-RS mobile also available and 3G is on the way to Villages. Sum phone companies allowing recharge through net banking, debit or credit card but I failed two times Idea company return my money back to my account. Best phone companies are BSNL, Idea, Vodafone etc.

3, Banking: Most of the Government and private banks are providing best service for their customers for example internet banking, mobile banking, credit/debit card facility, ATM etc. Through internet or mobile you can transfer funds to other accounts and can pay most of your bills like DTH, Phone, Purchases, LIC, Share Market etc. Then you will get mobile alert (SMS) for all fund transfer and most of these services are free (depending on bank). If you have 1000/-RS then you can open an account in Federal Bank. Best banks are State Bank Of India, SBT, ICICI, Federal Bank, etc.

4, Home Appliances And DTH: Lot of modern home appliances are available in Indian market, sum we can control from our mobile phone also. In this segment I want to explain only two items, Television and DTH.

Television: 15 Sep 1959 Doordarshan TV Channel was launched in India, after 1982 Asian games that were popular. Later 1985 Malayalam Doordarshan launched and Keralites are started to buy TV sets, that day to until now different type of Televisions are available in Indian market for example CRT Television (normal color TV), LCD TV, HD TV, LED TV and Plasma Display Panels. I think CRT TV is better than LCD TV, which company has ''Trinitron'' technology that will give World best quality picture (this technology only for CRT TV). But LED TV has a different story that will provide good picture. Best TV manufactures are Sony, Samsung, Onida, LG etc.

Direct-To-Home (DTH):  It is a system that allows you to have a personal dish antenna and receiver (Set-Top-Box). This antenna can be fixed on your terrace and receives transmission directly from a satellite. That means you will get a best quality picture. Best Indian DTH providers are Tata Sky, Dish TV, Big TV, etc. IF you have 1500/RS then you can buy Tata Sky DTH and channel packages starting from RS 150/- per month. If you want pay through online then just register Tata Sky web site then you can pay.

5, Share Market: Recently share market is connected with online, now you can buy or sell shares from Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) through your computer or mobile phone from any ware in the World. For this first we should choose a good stock broker (Geojit BNP Paribas, ICICI Direct, Reliance Money etc). If you have 800/-RS then you can open a account in Geojit, next need to apply for a PAN card. I think after one or two month you will be get that then you can buy and sell shares from stock market and commodity market. For all this process our stock broker will help us, in Indian stock market good equity shares also available less than 100RS (TVS Motor, Jaiprakash Associates etc). In this post I am not going to criticize Indian Judiciary. I wand to discuses with People what things are happening in our Judiciary. Few days back Rajya Sabha (Indian Parliament) impeached Calcutta High Court justice Soumitra Sen. He is the first judge in Indian Judicial history to be impeached. So I think this is a important subject.

          Few years back I visited Kottayam Deistic Court (Kerala, India). Because I wand to file a case, I choose a best advocate also for me. One day I was waiting at court hall, suddenly one lady and her advocate came out from court hall (both are weak). She was upset, she asked "why you didn't tell anything about my child?, judge asked you, (she rase sound) why you didn't give him replay?, I told you know before about my child?"(her advocate also upset). After they know I am listening them, then both are wend out. Anyway I understand one thing, before they enter court they made an agreement that agreement is broken. Same this period one of my neighbor told me "I changed three advocates for my case". Did you think because of this type of matters we can say our all Judiciary are corrupted?. I never say, because if you read our Constitution there is clearly written about Indian Judiciary. "The judiciary of India is an independent body and is separated from the Executive and Legislative bodies of the Indian Government". That means our Constitution makers are decide our Judiciary should work without any fear and interfere. So our Judiciary shout provide honest service for our People.

          We got Independence sixty four years back. I just checked last sixty four years cases against our Judiciary. Those are only few cases compare to other fields (politics and administration). Then our 64 years Judicial history justice Soumitra Sens impeachment is the first case and he is the second judge to face impeachment proceedings. So because of this type of solitary cases we can't say our all Judiciary are corrupted.

          We all know every case have a accuser and accused, one should win or they will make a compromise deal and every accused should blame judge and accuser. But in this case judge did only his duty, sum of the politician are also misleading our Peoples. I tell you an example, few months back one of the Kerala Congress leader R. Balakrishna Pilla jailed in a graft case. After this one of his alliance Congress party leader K. Sudhakaran. MP (Member of Parliament) had made a controversial speech in Kollam. According to sum web site he said he was witness to a Supreme Court judge being bribed on behalf of some bar owners from the state for getting a favorable order in a bar license case several years back, People will think judges also corrupted.

          After this speech Vigilance and Anti – Corruption Bureau has registered a case against him. Then this matter is become controversy, after under pressure from his party he told a TV channel that he had not seen the judge taking bribe. But he had definite information that the money was given to a judge by bar owners. See how he changed his statement, all people are not watching these changes. This type of political leaders are making anarchism in every Country. I think sum of the Indian People will not believe all politicians but they will believe Indian Judiciary and they knows Indian Judicial history. Because of only one judgment sum strong leaders are fold down and sum are still in jail.

          I won my case after few months because I was 100% right. My advocate asked only correct fees from me, I think that can afford any one. Which cases are against judges that all are financial corruptions. There is no charge sheets against proper evidence cases so our Chief Justice knows in which type of cases or services are provide money for corrupted judges. If he will seal that loopholes and judges should feel we are monitoring (positively) then in the future may be we will not hear any judge corruption cases.

          I can't say my neighbor and that lady were cheated. What was happened with them that they only knows. If any advocate is not providing good service for his client or if you feel you have been really cheated by your advocate. Then you can file a complaint under the Advocate Act for his misconduct with the Bar Council of India. Then you wand to change your advocate, you can do that and if you have confident, then you can present your own case yourself in frond of the judge and you are not satisfied with judgment then you can apply higher court also. Our Constitutions is providing us lots of rights and benefits and our Constitution makers choose best from developed Countries like UK, USA and Canada.  So we are the protector of our Judiciary's sacredness, we will protect this for our next generations.

Kashmir Issues and New Generations.

Few days back I read a book "The story of Kashmir" by K. Sivankutty Nair(Malayalam version). He wrote that after a research. That book inspired me to write this post.

          1947, Lord Mountbatten was appointed last Viceroy of India. He arrived Delhi, he wand to make India–Pakistan partition as soon as possible, that was his main duty. He talked with Jawaharlal Nehru and Muhammad Ali Jinnah. After few months India and Pakistan born. That period India had lot of Maharajas (Kings), Dukes and Nizams. This all are agreed to join with Indian Union. But Hyderabad Nizam don't like this proposal, he wand a independent state inside the Indian Union, that was not possible in any Country. After few months Indian Military forced Nizam, after that he agreed to join Indian Union.

          Pakistan also have same like this a situation with Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh don't like to join with Pakistan. Kashmir is near with India and Pakistan boarder and that is a small state also. They already had sum special considerations from past British government. After Hyderabad joined with Indian Union, Pakistan decided to force Maharaja Hri Sing for join Pakistan. They used Pakistan side based tribes Pathans and sent in to capture Srinagar, Pak military supported them from behind. (Sum Pathans groups are lived in Pak side. They looted highway vehicles and killed peoples, they are always made headache with Pak authorities. Pakistan used these groups). They started to loot, killed villagers and raped lot of Kashmir ladies. On the way they destroyed power stations and roads. Pakistan thought Kashmir Maharaja should call them for help. But Maharaja called Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru with support of Kashmir freedom fighter Sheikh Abdulla for help and Maharaja decided to join Indian Union with sum conditions.

          Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru send Indian military to Kashmir, military started to recapture Pathan holed areas one by one. Then Pak military started direct fight with Indian military. After this India and Pak war was started. Few months later United Nation interfered with this matter and mandated ceasefire. But India and Pakistan not accepted any sajections because of different reasons. I think Nehru did all possible ways in UN for Kashmir. He got full support from India and Kashmir Government. Now India and Pakistan have Kashmir land (Indian Kashmir & Pak Kashmir).

         

Later Sheikh Abdullah is become Kashmir Chief Minister. He made a land Acquisition Act, sum landlord holded lot of land, Abdullah wand to distribute that land to poor people and he ordered to distribute that. I think same this type of land law we made in Kerala also but Kerala Government did that smoothly with the help of opposition parties. Kashmir landlord thought they will get money for this but Abdullah Government not payed. Because of this matter sum people are against Abdullah Government, they seek help from Pakistan. After that, because of Pak support terrorist entered Kashmir and they got sum support from locals. I think Nehru and Abdullah not handle this matter properly. This is the history, now most of the problems are solved and Kashmir is a better place but sum terrorist group are still there.

          This year India and Pakistan is going to celebrate our 65th Independence Day. Still we didn't solve Kashmir issue, last sixty four years we fight, what we got, we destroyed our economy and our people life. There was a time Pakistan observed Indian defense budget. If India will order 10 MiG Fighter Jet then Pak will order 12 equivalents Fighter Jet. We should think who will get benefits for this fight, we are the followers of Gandhi and Jinnah. They worked together for independence, after because of sum reason we separated, we all knows that was a historical mistake. After us only China got independence, now where is them and us (they choose socialism that is a different matter).

          Most of the new Generation doesn't know what things are happened with Kashmir, India and Pakistan. They don't wand old fight history and problems, they need good job, good food and accommodations. India and Pakistan should accept, Indian side Kashmir is the part of India, like any other Indian state. Then India should accept Pak side Kashmir is the part of Pakistan, like any other Pakistan state. One of my Pak friend told me a joke "You give your side Kashmir and I will give my side Kashmir. Then we will make them like a separate Country". We should think, near our boarder we need a small Country, they have only few resources. They will make only headache for us and World that is not a good opinion so India and Pak accept each other and then we can lead terrorists to a democratic way. I tell you an example west Bengal (India) have boarder with Bangladesh, in the Bangladesh side they have a town called 'Benapole'. Before independence that was the part of India, after that was the part of Pakistan, then after Bangladesh independence now that place is the part of Bangladesh. If we think positively then we can solve all problems.

          Recently Pak foreign minister Hina Rabani visited India, one of the Delhi based journalist wrote a joke on his face book wall, " here in Delhi every body said if our ex foreign minister Shashi Tharoor is here then both are solve all India and Pak issues"(he is a Keralite and good looking person, last year he resigned from cabinet and recently married a Kashmiri lady). After read this, sum of my villagers said "yes, off course they will make beautiful babies". Any way I like Hina Rabani, if she or any one we will respect them because that is the responsibility of Indian citizens. So better forget our last sixty four years foolishness, this is twenty first century, World is moving fast, our leaders should think how we can make our Countries better than before and how we can live India and Pakistan peoples heart.

13 Jul 2011 Another Bomb Blast occurred in the centre of Mumbai (Maharashtra, India) at Dadar, Opera House and Zaveri Bazar. That day approximately 18 People killed and 131 injured, now investigation is going on. That day every TV Channel talked about CCTV because most of the blast area had CCTV cameras. But still most of the people don't know any thing about CCTV. Sum People told me to write about CCTV so this post is for them. I already wrote my opinion about blast (14/07/2011) on my face book wall (facebook.com/Shaju Thresiamma). But that was a Hindi – English language.

         

Now we need to check what is CCTV, it means Closed Circuit Television. This System have three main equipments Camera, Monitor and Recorder, Camera will transmit a signal to monitor and recording. Then a security officer will check that visuals and monitoring that place. If there is anything wrong happening in frond of the camera then this officer will inform Police, authority or mobile squad. Then they will catch that person and recorded visuals are evidence for this crime, this is the use of CCTV. If you wand we can send camera signal more than 1KM. But for this we need to fix sum extra equipments also (eg. Modulator and Demodulator or equivalent) and we need to make a good plan before fix CCTV. Anyway I don't wand explain technical side, all developed Countries are using CCTV for security.

These days two types of CCTV Cameras are available in International market, one is fixed camera and other one is moving camera (small internal camera also available for different use.). Fixed camera only shows what is going on in frond of that. But moving camera can move 180 Degree left and right, up and down (Pan-Tilt) and this have Zoom in and Zoom out facility also. It will move 180 Degree 24 hours and if you wand you can stop where you wand and you can focus a place or particular item. That means if your camera is far away from a place then also you can Zoon in (near) and Zoom out that place or person. But don't think for this you need to go near that camera, this all controls are available near security officer table.

         

According to TV Channels Mumbai blast location cameras are fixed cameras. My opinion is better we should fix one moving camera also with 4-5 fixed cameras. For example one security officer need to know what is going on in frond of a particular 'Building'. Then we need to fix one fixed camera in frond of that building but that camera will show only what happening in frond of that building. It will never show what is happening at left and right building. In this case we need to fix two more cameras if you wand monitor that buildings. This way we fixed 5 cameras in frond of five buildings. One day sum one blasted camera no 3, security officer only knows camera no 3 is 'dead' or sum thing happened. But he never knows how that happened until he visits that location. If you fixed a secret moving camera opposite that building from height, then (that will monitor all fixed cameras and that area) that security officer can move that camera and he will understand what happening in damage camera location. I hope our Engineers and Police officers will solve our security lapses.

          One thing I am sure who are behind this bomb blast they knows there is cameras, they checked our security. Then we should show them our ability and we should appreciate Mumbai people for their self-confidence. I hope our special investigation team is doing best investigation.
