CBI Murtha Bad. Belt Rauther Zindabad.
Actually my second post was an other subject. But I heard Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) is going to close Aarushi case because of no evidence, now Aarushi is not a state problem, Aarushi is a National pain. That why I thought I should right my opinions for this case.
A 14 year old girl Aarushi Talwar is found dead in her dentist parent's home at Noida Uttar Pradesh on May 16-2008.After that police confirmed this families servant Hamraj a 45 year old Nepalese Nationality is missing. Few days ago police found his dead body from the terrace of this family flat.
After an investigation the police finally arrested Dr.Rajesh Talwar, the father of the murdered Aarushi. Then charged him with having committed the double murder. But his wife Dr.Nupur Talwar supported her husband. She said Noida police framing him and she requested Utter Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawathi to transfer this case to the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI). CBI is the best Investigative Agency in our Country. They solved lot of cases when local police is failed, people beloved them. They are the last choice for our people, they beloved if police fail CBI should win that case. That day's people called "CBI Zindabad, Police Murtha Bad". But now Aarushi is killed in our Country, that not happened in any other Country or state and it is not an accident. Sum one cut her throat and sum one killed Hamraj, that means it is a direct murder. If CBI can't solve this case which case they are going to solve, then we should evaluate about this Agency's activities.
Once upon a time Kerala Police have sum Police Officers, they have seven-eight feet height, 80-90 Kg weight. They wearied Kaki Trousers and Shirts, their must hash like K.P.S.Gill. Their eyes have red color they have good mussels also. They all have nick names like Belt Rauther, Ediyan Vasu, Kumbeidi 317, Nari etc (Most of them are innocent). If the accused come to the police custody other police colleges introduced them like Hindi Film Sholay Gabber Sing. When they come near the accused all the accused should tell every thing what he knows about that crime. I think CBI also can use this kind of meatheads because if they don’t know how to use new technology's and meatheads, no need to waist Public money also,
CBI officers are not come from other space. When they get good training, good technology, and good support from related departments, good funding, they are become perfect. If I criticize Central Government because of CBI they will say CBI is an independent agency we don’t have any business with them. If you don’t have any business with them that is good because we need that. But you should monitor them.
According to Wikipedia Encyclopedia "the CBI is controlled by the Department Of Personnel And Training in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension of the Union Government. Usually headed by a Union Minister who reports direct to the Prime Minister". So that Minister or Prime Minister should ask them what they want, in which departments they need more support. We know CBI need lot of support from other departments. We should conform that departments staff not only qualified they should qualified and intelligent also. If they need more latest technology provide that for them, send sum of them to abroad for best training, call sum one from abroad for training our officers. Then make our Investigative Agency real like FBI. I never heard any Investigative Agency asked public opinions for training their on people. If you are not doing your job well public should tell their opinions like me.
Off course I like our Prime Minister because last 6-7 years Central Government is doing good jobs. But like this sum field we need to do more work. I like to inform sum other things also, now a days Central Government introduced all technologies like Telecom, Electronics, Computer, DTH all are I used ten years before Riyadh International Airport (3G is not included). That means we are 8 to10 years behind this types of Countries. But I know sum fields like Space technology we are doing better than them. We should always upgrade our systems as soon as possible.
So we should solve Aarushi case, because this is now our National prestige issue. Otherwise people will think we will believe whom, they never believe any investigative Agency. That will effect all other investigations, if we fail this case Aarushi and Hemraj never forgive us.
